This alone will enable it to provide a consistent and efficient service and build its reputation in the catering business. Buying kitchen equipments for hotels is much different from buying equipment for the home kitchen. The difference largely lies in the volume of food that is cooked in the commercial kitchens and hence the capacity and types of equipment differ.
