The BEML PAYLOAD MONITORING SYSTEM (PLMS) is used to measure, monitor and store the loading and unloading process of dumper trucks. System receives analog inputs (4 to 20 mA) from pressure sensors for load. It is a 24v battery-operated system. It accepts 3 potential free inputs and gives 4 relay outputs. PLMS prints out the summary of trips through RS232 serial communication. The Kit contains three digital readouts one for each channel. In this case, the electronic weigh portable indicator, three load cells fitted with jack adapters one for each channel, three Load Cell Cables, three 9 V DC Adaptors and three Steel Balls are readily removable from their particular spaces provided in the case for weighing operation.
