High-pressure Titanium Gas bottles of sizes 100 to 600mm dia manufactured at BATL finds applications in Aerospace and other areas. The input material is either hot formed or forged followed by precision machining, EB welding and other processes. Dia 900 mm bottle is under development. Finished products are tested to stringent quality requirements for Leak, Pressure and Strength.  BATL relable Titanium Gas Bottles have found place in the Chandrayan and the recent Mars mission and have given superior performance in demanding environments.
