An AS 9100 C & ISO 9001-2008 company and wholly - owned subsidiary of Indo-Russian JV, the BrahMos Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.(BAPL), New Delhi, BATL operates on GoCo concept (Govt. owned Company operated) and has been established with the aim of achieving self reliance in manufacturing and system integration for the strategic sectors. Earlier to 2008, it was known as KELTEC, a Kerala State PSU.
